Our journey began in an unexpected place: the baby’s room. We use a 42-inch US General toolbox as part of our setup, and one evening, while my wife was changing our baby, the safety concerns hit home. She had the top drawer open to grab a diaper, turned around for something else, and—rip!—a sharp edge tore a hole in her jeans. As parents, we knew we had to find a solution before our little one got big enough to explore and potentially hurt themselves. The idea of creating bumpers to cover those sharp edges came naturally.
