Refund policy

• 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Return Process: Contact jason@mcfarlandcustoms.com to initiate a return. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Damages/Issues: Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Exchanges: Return the item and place a separate order for the new item after the return is approved.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. Contact jason@mcfarlandcustoms.com if the refund isn't received after 15 business days.
